Applications and contact requests

Application details and the portrait are stored in the agency’s private back-office to review applications and contact applicants. Contact messages are sent by email. Do not send intimate content or identity documents.

Access and notification

Only the authorised agency administrator can access application records and photos. New application notifications sent to malcolm@malcolm-studio.com do not include the photo.

Your rights

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, write to malcolm@malcolm-studio.com. Processing of application information is based on the consent given in the form.

Publisher and retention

The publisher’s legal details and the applicable retention period must be completed before recruitment opens to the public. The site has no advertising trackers or analytics tools.
